Hello to Edinburgh Zoo's little monkey

THERE'S a new member of the family at Edinburgh Zoo – but the little monkey is a bit of a mystery. For keepers haven't yet worked out the sex of the

L'Hoest's monkey born on 19 April because it is still so closely attached to its mother.

Animal collection manager Darren McGarry said: "The infant is the second born to this female and she has been a brilliant mother so far, so we are confident this new arrival will thrive in the family and, when it is old enough, start its own family."
