Biagi hails conference success

EDINBURGH Central SNP MSP Marco Biagi has hailed last week's TEDGlobal conference as a powerful vote of confidence in the Capital's future and an endorsement of its academic and scientific legacy.

Up to 850 people listened to 70 speeches from some of the world's leading thinkers.
