THE family of a Briton found murdered in a pit in Jamaica last night described her as a "wonderful, selfless woman".
The body of mother-of-three Barbara Scott-Jones, 61, was recovered from the pit in Somerton, St James, yesterday.

The former nurse from Leeds had suffered numerous injuries, including a fractured skull, it was reported.

Members of her family have flown out to Jamaica as police there have stepped up their hunt for Omar Reid, 30, who is wanted in connection with the killing.
