Hostage fear
There were unconfirmed reports last night that a British hostage who has been held in Iraq since May 2007 had committed suicide.
It was claimed that a video tape from the men's kidnappers said the man – named only as Jason – died on May 25, 2008, four days before the first anniversary of his kidnapping in Baghdad.
It is claimed the man was one of four bodyguards with an IT expert.
