ON THE day wild seas at Pittenweem were making front-page news last month, local resident Julian Duncan was braving the elements along the West Shore, taking photographs as children enjoyed running the gauntlet between the tidal waves. "I was soaked through, and so was the camera," he says. "The whole town was saying it was 'the best and worst' stormy tide they'd ever seen."
Can you do better than this? We are looking for the best amateur photography in Scotland. The choice of subject – people, industry, nature, scenery – doesn't matter. The pictures just have to be eye-catching.
