Duke calls off Tournament visit to spend more time with wife
The royal couple had been due to attend the event together on Saturday, but all of Kate’s planned engagements have been cancelled after she required hospital treatment for hyperemesis gravidarum.
Kate left hospital on Friday after three days of treatment.
St James’s Palace is keen to protect her privacy during the pregnancy. A spokesman said: “The Duke of Cambridge will no longer attend the British Military Tournament at Earls Court this evening, but will spend Sunday privately with the duchess instead.
