Burka-wearing man in jewellery raid

A ROBBER wearing a burka has carried out a daring raid on a jewellery shop in Bury, Greater Manchester. The criminal used the black head-to-toe garment, favoured by some Muslim women, with a hijab or face veil to gain entry.

Once he was buzzed in, three men barged in after him – one with a shotgun.
