IRANIAN oil minister Gholam Hossein Nozari has warned Opec countries which increased oil production in response to rising prices to "bring it under control".
Nozari said yesterday that the 13-country cartel will discuss "observance of quotas" at its next meeting in September if oil prices continue to fall.
