Guys, if you'd only google 'Nursultan Nazarbayev', you'll be very surprised... He's a president, head of country from 1991, not minister, not prime. And now, after constitutional reform, he's a only president our country could ever elect...

The above is a MAJOR error. Nazarbayev is President of the country, not of the national cycling federation. He has never been Prime Minister. His last post that was not the Presidency was before 1991, as head of the Communist Party of the Kazakh SSR.
