In the past forty five years the moral values of the western communities has been deteriorating, and almost all sixty plus people agree on that, I discovered this while visiting England last year 25 years after my long residency.
Considering the population which hasn't changed, this is a cause for alarm and revise.
The twelve years in U.S. and 23ears in England from 1960 I have seen and noticed these changes for worse.

What’s your point? No one was discussing Freedom. I’m asking a question, the question makes no reference to freedom or socialism. Perhaps living in a socialist state has befuddled your brain? And you're telling me you wouldn't like to live in a flat in 16th Arrondissement? Living in flats has nothing to do with socialism.

But on the subject of “freedom” you say that its freedom which enables someone to do those things. So, where’s the freedom in standing up against oppressors and fighting for the right for self determination? Freedom is a word which has been hijacked by people who claim to hold that ideal sacrosanct but actually pay no more than lip service to it.
