A 15-MONTH inquiry into allegations that Robert Wiseman Dairies had abused its position in the Scottish milk market has ended.
The East Kilbride-based firm said that it had spent £700,000 on legal and advisers’ fees since the Office of Fair Trading investigation began last May.

The OFT said yesterday that "after an extensive and thorough investigation...the view [is] that further investigation is unlikely to lead to a finding of abuse."
