Not yet he hasn't. The Tory conference was overtaken by the economic crisis and the lack of a clear answer about how to deal with it just revealed the lack of ideas and vision Cameron really has. His best hope is still to rely on the fact everyone hates Brown.. some policy that is

... 24 hours later and no one can remember what Cameron even said, and few will care. Elections aren't won at party conferences, they are won by years of campaigning, good ideas and (usually) a self-destructing government. Cameron has the self-destructing government, but he still has no big idea that i can see (or remember)
