Golf: Sally Watson at the head of Scots charge
Curtis Cup player Watson reeled off 16 pars and two birdies in a solid two-under 70 at the Buenos Aires club as the three-strong Scotland side posted a one-under 143 for a six-over 294.
Fife's Louise Kenney added a 73 to the tally but Lesley Nicholson's team finished down in 28th spot, a massive 21 strokes behind pacesetters South Korea, who powered to the front with a dazzling 128.

Boosted by an eight-under 63 from Ji-Hee Kim and a 65 from Jung-Euan Han, the Koreans, nine strokes off the pace after round one, stormed up the field to finish a stroke ahead of 13-times world champions, the USA, who had a 138.
