Edinburgh Uni prove far too strong for their Glasgow counterparts
The breakthrough came early in the second half when Jack Beecher crossed for Graham Hunter to pressurise a Glasgow student to put the ball into his own net and soon afterwards Dan Ward increased Edinburgh's advantage.
There were further goals from Calum Murray, Ryan McIntosh and Michael Hazeldine to push Edinburgh into second place, four points behind the current leaders, Heriot Watt University.

"Over the 90 minutes we had 20 attempts on goal which is an indication of how dominant we were. Our ball retention was excellent. The icing on the cake was that Mark Tait kept a clean sheet on his 100th appearance."
Heriot Watt University were held to a 1-1 draw by Edinburgh University second XI.
