Sergei Pomazun, 31, has been identified by police as the suspect, although a motive for the multiple killings has yet to be established.

Hide AdRussian news sources claim the former convict, who is believed to be armed with several weapons, may have started shooting after a robbery gone wrong, while others claim he became enraged after noticing a scratch on his BMW X5.
Among the dead, seen lying in the street in photographs, were two teenage girls, one of whom died shortly after being taken to hospital.
The shooting occurred at around 2pm as Pomazun arrived at a shop selling hunting equipment and rifles.
