Flight MH370: 300 objects seen near search area
Thailand’s space technology development agency said the images showed “300 objects of various sizes” in the southern Indian Ocean about 1,675 miles south west of Perth.
Agency director Anond Snidvongs said the images were taken by the Thaichote satellite on Monday, took two days to process, and were relayed to Malaysian authorities yesterday.

Hide AdMr Anond said the objects were about 125 miles from the area where a French satellite spotted 122 objects on Sunday.
It remains uncertain whether the objects are from Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, which disappeared March 8 with 239 people aboard.
Despite the discovery, search operations for the missing plane were suspended earlier today because of bad weather.
The Australian Maritime Safety Authority said all planes heading for the search area in the southern Indian Ocean were returning to Perth and ships were also leaving.
Heavy rain, strong winds, low clouds and reduced visibility are expected in the search zone, about 1,550 miles southwest of Perth.
