Lawrence family in plea for inquiry
It is alleged a Scotland Yard officer, who interviewed the suspects following the killing, had links to one of their fathers, a gangster.
Detective Sergeant John Davidson is said to have had close ties to Clifford Norris, whose son, David, was arrested in the weeks after the 1993 racist attack.

Hide AdNorris was convicted along with Gary Dobson in January this year of murder and both were sentenced to life imprisonment. Norris must serve at least 14 years and three months, and Dobson 15 years and two months.
It is believed the pair had three or four accomplices, who remain at large.
