Ex-editor in TV licence row
THE former editor of the Daily Telegraph refused to pay his TV licence until the BBC sacked Jonathan Ross over his part in the "Sachsgate" affair when obscene messages were left on elderly actor Andrew Sachs' phone.
Charles Moore was fined 262 for using a colour TV without a licence.
