Drugs 'player' is banned from Aberdeen
Matthew Seddon, from Wolverhampton, has never been convicted of being involved in the supply of illegal drugs.
But Sheriff Douglas Cusine issued the order after being told that police had 100 pieces of "intelligence" on his criminal activities and had built up "substantial" and "significant" evidence connecting him to dealing and violence.

Hide AdA civil hearing at Aberdeen Sheriff Court was told that, over two years, police found Seddon had links to eight known drug-dealers in the Midlands and another 19 people in Aberdeen known to be involved in supplying or using illegal drugs.
Sheriff Cusine said the order could be changed if Seddon could convince a court he was a "reformed character".
