Nicola Sturgeon thanks football fans for supporting communities
Nicola Sturgeon has thanked football fans across Scotland for their continued support of their team and their community.
The First Minister gave this address in a video for Radio Clyde News.

Hide AdMs Sturgeon said: “We’ve seen people go above and beyond to help others.
“Scotland's football fans are a great example of that.
“Across the country fans have come together to raise funds in support of their clubs.
“That’s helped many of our football clubs cope with the financial impact of this crisis and it has quite literally helped to save people’s jobs.
“We’ve also seen some fantastic examples of fans helping out in the community.”
Radio Clyde have been highlighting the charitable acts by football fans using the hashtag #morethanjustagame.
The Scottish football season will start up again on August 1 pending Scottish Government approval.
Sport will take place in empty stadia across the country, with the Prime Minister announcing that stadia in England may reopen in October.
