Teeth the root to easing back pain
After reading her comments on bad backs, necks etc (Spectrum, 25 April) I just thought: "Snap! Been there, done that." Chronic tension/spasm/osteopaths/rolling over...
Having suffered neuralgic migraines, numbness etc that took over my life, I've found a cure of the oddest sort. I have/had a squint jaw! Age 48, and I'm now sporting "train track" braces on my teeth much to the amusement of the pupils I teach. This isn't through any old orthodontist – there's only two who do this work in Scotland. One in Glasgow and one in Edinburgh. I use the Edinburgh one (I live in Aberdeen). It's not just dental work – it's full body work. He checks and rebalances the whole body.
After my first visit, I cried. At last someone understood.
