Misguided
We need jobs and we don't like cuts, but the country has been left in a mess financially and there seems to be no purpose in blaming a newly elected government when cuts were on the cards anyway.
I have never voted Conservative but I do prefer to apportion blame where it is due.

An increase in this meagre sum of approximately 27 a year would have been worth shouting about.
Let's hope this government will stick to its blueprint of "rolling back" state intrusion.
I look forward to a country without ID cards, with less CCTV, and with a freedom bill.
Above all, I look forward to the end of the appalling system of detention of children for immigration.
Will these marchers be heard to applaud the removal of this horror? I doubt it.
