Office park is the business
Edinburgh Park has been boosted by the recent arrival of new tenants Agilent and Business Stream.
Park developer New Edinburgh Limited – a joint venture between Miller and the city council's property firm EDI – said its occupancy rates have risen dramatically from 70 per cent two years ago.

Hide AdPlanning consent has been granted for a new Premier Inn hotel in the southern phase of the Park, while NEL said a number of other deals are under offer.
Existing tenant WSP has also signed a new lease on its space at 4/5 Lochside View.
Pamela Grant, development director at NEL, said: "Edinburgh Park has reached another exciting stage in its development and this surge in occupier activity is testament to its success."
