Urgent appeal for missing Scottish woman, 26, after car found outside supermarket
The family of a missing 26-year-old woman are appealing for information.
Lauren Paterson was last seen at her parents home in Uddingston, South Lanarkshire, at 10am on Monday.
Concerns are growing for her welfare.

Hide AdThe woman’s car, a white Mercedes, was spotted outside a Scotmid near The Castle Rooms in Uddingston.
In a plea on Facebook her father, Gary, posted: “I am on here today to ask if anyone has seen my daughter missing from yesterday in the Uddingston area. Her name is Lauren Paterson, any information please contact me or the police on 101.”
Friend Robyn Wilson also posted: “My friend Lauren Paterson has gone missing.
“She was last seen at 10am yesterday morning at her parents house in Uddingston.
“Her car was found today a white Mercedes at scotmid beside the castle rooms in Uddingston.
“If anyone has any seen or heard from Lauren and has any information please get in touch ASAP.”
Police Scotland confirmed enquiries are ongoing to trace the young woman.
A spokeswoman said she was reported missing to police this afternoon, Tuesday April 14.
