Chocolate firm makes tasty move
A FIFE-BASED firm of chocolate makers is looking for a chunky rise in sales after switching to focus on bespoke commissions from the corporate sector.
Stuart & Swan Chocolatiers formerly traded under the name Hello Chocolate!, supplying a range of upmarket delis, farm shops and independent retail outlets with its range of handmade chocolates.
During that time, it received a number of commissions and began supplying several upmarket hotels in Edinburgh and Fife with specially designed chocolates.

Hide AdHead chocolatier and company founder Gill Lyth said she had now decided to concentrate solely on the commissioning aspect of the business and put the Hello Chocolate! retail brand to rest.
The firm’s current turnover of £100,000 is expected to be boosted by “at least £50,000” in the coming year.
