£120m sale is just the ticket on Saturday, or any day
See Tickets - which sells seats at concerts by the Saturdays, KT Tunstall and Simple Minds - has been put up for sale by Parcom Capital, part of Dutch banking giant ING.
Talks to sell the business, which was once part of Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber's Really Useful Group, are thought to be at an advanced stage, with CTS Eventim - Europe's largest ticketing company - tipped as the front runner.

Hide AdParcom sold See Tickets' German business to Germany-listed CTS Eventim last year for €145m (128m).
As well as its core business in the UK - through which it sells seats at events including the BBC's proms in the park concerts - See Tickets also has operations in the Netherlands and Spain.
Other bidders for the business could include Anschutz Entertainment Group, the world's second largest live music organiser, and Ambassador Theatre Group, which operates 25 theatres in the UK, including London's Apollo Victoria and Lyceum, as well as Glasgow's King's Theatre and Theatre Royal.
