Etch'd up to scratch for European customers
Etch’d, which etches designs on to premium products for individuals and business-to-business clients, has been purchased by investor and entrepreneur Elisabeth Huber for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2015, by Liam Lapping and Stephen Gorman, who runs digital agency Pilot Fish Media, the business has increased turnover by 100 per cent year-on-year to reach a six-figure total.

Hide AdHuber said Etch’d has “huge potential” for growth in Europe, adding: “We’ll be focused on growing our European market through channels like Instagram, which will become our international shop window.
“I’m committed to keeping the business in Scotland. We operate entirely from our Rose Street shop in Edinburgh, and we’ll be collaborating with neighbouring businesses.”
