Agilent seals deal to buy Lab901
SCOTTISH biotech outfit Lab901 has been snapped up by New York-listed Agilent.
The Loanhead-based firm was founded in 2001 and produces machines that are used to analyse DNA and proteins.
Lab901 chief executive Joel Fearnley said: "We have always recognised the strong synergy between our two companies. Lab901's technology, products and experienced team are a perfect fit with Agilent."
