Hide AdHutchison’s brother Neil is a trustee of the charity and has been involved with its work since his daughter Morven was born with the condition in 2010.
Grant Hutchison said of his niece’s condition: “As it is such a rare disease, drug companies have no financial interest in funding research to find a cure, so all money is raised privately through the carers and sufferers of Cystinosis.”
Frightened Rabbit’s most recent album Pedestrian Verse reached the number 1 spot in the Scottish album charts, making the top ten in the overall UK chart.
