Floorfillers with GR Ant
THE man from U.N.K.L.E returns to clubs with this absolutely massive three track release. It’s trippy and dubby, the sort of house gear I love to hear - the minimal synth on Stronger is off the scale. Hypnotic.
The Rhythm Odyssey - Celestial Vibrations EP
REKIDS label releases brilliant house grooves and this is another fine example. My favourite track? Ride, which is pure warehouse, featuring cowbells and a phat acid bassline. It’s a winner on the floor, as is the Bristol bassline funk on the flip side. Deep.

Hide AdANOTHER smasher, this time a driving tech infused chunky, funky monkey with booming kick drum and Detroit-esque synths. Nice.
Mirko Loko - Featuring
THIS is head melting stuff. The electric synth-line rasps and squelches with a narco-vocal panting the words in a creepy chorus of ghostly voices. Minced.
Dan Ghenacia & Shonky - Close To The Edge
LOVELY track, funky guitar looped house, sweet vocal and Shonky’s unmistakeable Parisian flare... melodic boogie bassline hook will have heads nodding in appreciation. Ace.
