42 SPFL clubs 'hold crisis talks' over latest coronavirus impact on Scottish football
The Daily Record reports 12 clubs in the Scottish Premiership are seeking answers from SFA chief executive Ian Maxwell over the £20 million government bail-out with funds yet to arrive.
Maxwell is said to have told members there has been a delay in Holyrood releasing the money due to red-tape problems in the aftermath of Brexit. It is believed some clubs were banking on the money arriving in January in order to help them pay wages for the month.

Hide AdMeanwhile, clubs below the Scottish Championship are said to be furious that football has been suspended for three weeks in response to rising cases of Covid-19 around the country.
They feel the smaller clubs are taking the brunt for some high-profile incidents, most notably Celtic’s trip to Dubai.
