Hide AdTaylor, 24, who is managed by Cyclone Promotions under the stewardship of former world featherweight champion, Barry McGuigan, will now have a break over the Christmas period before a return to the ring in January, although that is still to be confirmed.
He is, however, expected to appear on the undercard of the unified IBF and WBA world super bantamweight title fight between Carl Frampton and Scott Quigg at the Manchester Arena at the end of February.
