Sunken Dunkirk rescue ship goes on sale for £1
The Skylark IX played an important role in Operation Dynamo in 1940.
Despite rescuing 600 soldiers from the shores of France, she has been lying sunk in the River Leven at Balloch since the summer of 2010. After the end of the war, the Skylark IX gradually worked her way north, to Loch Lomond, where she was used by a cruise operator.
