David Hasselhoff tweets support for Partick Thistle
Hasselhoff, who tweeted his support for the Jags ‘even thought you might be 20,000 leagues under the sea’, is appearing as Peter Pan’s nemesis Captain Hook in the Peter Pan pantomime at the Clyde Auditorium this year.
Partick’s match with Mothewrwell at Firhill was called off at the weekend due to a waterlogged pitch.

‘The Hoff’ joins a star-studded list of celebrity Jags fans including actor Robert Carlyle, Pasiley and Renfrewshire South MP Mhairi Black, comedian Craig Ferguson and the BBC’s political editor Laura Kuenssberg.
Designer of new mascot Kingsley, David Shrigley, is also a fan of the Maryhill club.
And Kingsley has already offered to entertain Hasselhoff as a special guest at the Jags’ home match against Ross County on December 19th.
