Science festival returns to Inverness for 2017
The free programme includes a periodic table trail at the Victorian Market, 3D printing sessions at Inverness Library and a Lego hide and seek mission at Tiso.
Organised by the University of the Highlands and Islands, a series of school events will run alongside the public programme. Pupils will have the opportunity to learn about the human body, have a go at ethical hacking with the help of cyber security experts and learn how to code robots.

Hide AdMairi Stewart, programme coordinator, said: “There is a range of activities for all ages and interests. We hope this will be an opportunity for everybody to experience the excitement around science in the Highlands at the moment.”
Inverness Science Festival 2017 takes place in venues from Friday, April 28 to Saturday, May 13.
