Pervert gets seven years for abuse of three boys
Graham Borthwick molested three youngsters in a string of offences spanning 13 years at houses in Edinburgh, Musselburgh and Tranent, in East Lothian.
Borthwick’s first victim was aged nine when the abuse began in 1999.

The third youngster was abused by Borthwick between the ages of eight and 11, between 2008 and earlier this year.
Judge Lord Jones told Borthwick, 46, at the High Court in Edinburgh yesterday: “The abuse appears to have stopped only because the earlier offences came to light. These are very serious offences.”
Borthwick, formerly of Kings Road, Tranent, was also placed on the sex offenders register indefinitely.
He had denied the offences but was convicted of three charges of indecent behaviour and a further offence of indecent assault by a jury last month.
Defence counsel Drew McKenzie told the court that Borthwick continued to deny his involvement in the sexual abuse.
