Fiona's full steam ahead to help homeless

A COFFEE shop which could help turn around the lives of homeless people in the city has been launched with a little help from Miss Edinburgh, Fiona Dickie.

Charity Streetwork launched its Captain Taylor's Coffee House on South Bridge yesterday. It has a long-term goal of being staffed by the Capital's homeless people.

Interim chief executive of Streetwork, Gordon Watson, said: "Our aim is to enable homeless people to have a life off the street."
