Ed Miliband: Life will be harder for young

Labour leader Ed Miliband was today set to warn of a "real and legitimate fear" that children will have fewer opportunities than their parents' generation.

Labour revealed private polling which suggests a large majority (71 per cent) of Britons believe life will be harder for the children growing up today, compared to just 9 per cent who think it will be easier.
