Arrest made after stolen van filled with 'Christmas' parcels is found dumped in North Ayrshire
A police helicopter and dog, called Rudi, were called to assist with locating the stolen vehicle which they found abandoned in North Ayrshire on the morning of Christmas Eve.
The exact location of where the van was found has not yet been confirmed by police.

Hide AdOfficers said an arrest has been made since the vehicle full of parcels was located.
Police issued a statement on Twitter concerning the incident which read: “After a delivery van full of Christmas parcels was stolen and found abandoned, Police Scotland Air Unit
and police dog Rudi flew into action.
"With four legs on the ground and eyes in the sky, the subject had no chance.”
The statement then included the hashtag #OffToJail and confirmed officers are focusing on getting the parcels delivered to “Santas Little Helpers.”
